Wristband Pickup: You will be able to pick up your wristband for the Pandora Discovery Den at the Pandora Backyard (located adjacent to the Gatsby on the east side of the building) from 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Wednesday 3/16 - Saturday 3/19. Please see the map below for exact location of the wristband pick-up and GA entrance.
FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, this is a 21+ event.
Do I get a plus one with my RSVP?
No, each RSVP only admits one. If you RSVP your name twice you will only get one wristband.
Is my RSVP transferrable?
Sorry, RSVPs are not transferrable.
Do I have to bring my printed confirmation to the event?
No need to print out your confirmation. We'll have a RSVP list at wristband pick up.
The name on the RSVP doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
RSVP name must match your photo ID.
Is my RSVP for all 4 days?
Yes, 1 RSVP/wristband for all 4 days.
Do I need a SXSW badge to enter?
No, but you may not be able to get into our evening showcases from 8:00pm - 2:00am as badge holders will be admitted first and we will hit capacity very early.
Note: 21+ Event | A valid government photo ID is required for entry
RSVP Policy:
RSVP will be on a first come, first served basis and capped at venue capacity. RSVP does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached. Your invitation is non-transferrable, and there are no plus ones. You must have a valid, government-issued photo ID for entry. Pandora and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any patron at the discretion of Pandora or venue management. In consideration of attending the event, you hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandora Media, Inc. and its affiliates ("Pandora") from any losses associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury (including death) and/or property loss or damage. By attending the event, you hereby warrant that you and your guest are 21 years of age or older. By entering and by your presence at this Pandora Discovery Den event (“Event”), you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by Pandora, its affiliates, partners and/or other third party sponsors of (or other third party official hosts of events at) the Event (collectively, “Authorized Parties”).
